Terms and conditions
You will need to create a personal user account. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and limiting access to your account. You agree to assume responsibility for all activities and purchases that occur on your account unless such activities or purchases performed by an outside third party who has accessed your account in a way that is not due to negligence.
You have the legal age to buy alcohol in your country.
Delivery of orders through our website is not a legally binding agreement. Once you have placed an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an email, indicating which items you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order.
You must be aware that the automated response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into. Belgian Whalez thus has the opportunity to cancel your order due to printing errors, sold items, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations.
Binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you only after we have shipped the items you have ordered. You will also receive an e-mail with corresponding Track & Trace information.
All our prices are exclusive VAT and taxes, they are calculated in order of the country you are ordering from. Any additional customs taxation is due by the customer.
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa and mastercard. All the goods remain property of Belgian Whalez untill they are completely paid for and shipped.
Shipping and Handling
Shippig cost depends on the delivery destination and total weight and will always be quoted seperately in the shopping cart. All our packages are shipped with Bpost (www.bpost.be). Shipping time varies according to the country and can take up 3 to 20 working days and may take longer under rare circumstances.
Packages are personally handled as soon as possible. We will provide a tracking number for every delivery so you can follow your package's whereabouts. If you have not received your tracking information, please consult your spam-folder.
Items not in stock
If your requested item(s) is not in stock, we will contact you. You will have the possibilty to change your order or cancel it.
Message us within 24 hours after delivery with clear and high quality pictures of the broken bottle(s) and rest of the package.

14 days deadline
You are entitled to withdraw from this agreement without justification within 14 days.
The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the date on which you (or a third party) received the goods in physical possession. The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the date of the agreement.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw this agreement in an unambiguous statement,use the contact form or email to email@example.com so we can give you the needed information.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw the agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction unless that is not possible. We withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. If you decide to reject the order due to a customs charge being applied, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs before processing a refund.
Money Back Rules and Limitations
We cannot be held responsible when the recipient is not at home. Postal services will offer the package a second time. If, due to negligence such as not picking up your package or not being at home, the package gets returned to us then we cannot issue you a full refund. If the bottles get returned to us in perfect condition, and we can resell them, we will refund you the price of these bottles minus an administration fee of 30 usd. Shipping costs are however lost.
If your package gets lost, and we have confirmation from our shipping carrier that something has gone wrong, we will refund you the price of the bottles and shipping.
If the package gets stuck in customs, due to incomplete information from the customer or any other reason that is not our part we cannot issue you a refund. If the bottles arrive back here in perfect condition, and we are able to resell them, we will refund you the price of these bottles. Shipping costs are however lost.
Exceptional situations such as extreme weather conditions, strikes of transportation companies, etc. cannot be accounted for by our company, and the money back guarantee will not apply.
Incomplete orders, such as an incomplete shipping address or the lack of a confirmation email address originates from the customer only and will not benefit from the money back guarantee.
Delivery outside the European Union may be subjected to local import taxes, which are the clients responsability where they apply. Unortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and we are not responsible for them.
We are not liabel for any diseases or discomfort that may be caused by the products that we sell. This is the responsibilty of the manufacturers of the products.
We try to answer and process your questions and orders as soon as possible as we most likely live in different timezones. Aiming to do this within 24 hours.
