Voór is a very special blend of barrel fermented and aged wild ales varying from 1 up to 3 years old. It’s my own interpretation of a geuze. A complex yeast aroma with some sherry and lemon notes. In the taste oak, funk and stone fruit are topped with little bitterness from the use of aged hops. A fresh, mild and long acidity is balancing out the beer perfectly.
