Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella Brut is a special bottling of Grand Cru Bruocsella that was commissioned for the  BXLBeerFest in Brussels. It consists of two barrels of old lambic that were blended and refermented in bottle to produce a sparkling old lambic.
