1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with vineyard peaches harvested in 2019 and riesling and müller thurgau grapes harvested in 2018. Grape lambics made with extended maceration and post-maceration barrel aging. 2019 was another hot summer, so the vineyard peaches ripened wonderfully, but the acidity was on the low end. By blending in the grape lambic, the beer reached a brighter acidity and a richer bouquet.
