In late summer 2018, we made a macerated wine from Riesling grapes that we picked at the Mosel valley, mixed with some of our own white grapes. After primary fermentation, we added the wine to three barrels of beer we brewed six months earlier. Aged together in the barrel for six more months. Bottled March 2019
