In late summer 2019, we made a field blend wine with Sauvignac, Cabernet Blanc and Gewürtztraminer grapes. We macerated the grapes for about a week, and added the wine after primary fermentation to a barrel of beer we brewed nine months earlier. They were aged together for eight more months in the barrel. Bottled May 2020.
