In late summer 2017, we macerated the skins of our white grape varieties (Cabernet Blanc, Cal 6/04 and Gewürztraminer) in a beer brewed seven months earlier. After one month of this white skin maceration, we took out the skins, and aged the beer further for seven more months. Bottled April 2019.
