In late summer 2019, we made a macerated wine from some typical Alsatian grape varieties as Muscat Ottonel, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. After primary fermentation, we added the wine to a barrel of beer we brewed nine months earlier. They were aged for nine more months in the barrel together. Bottled June 2020.
